You’ll find it to be a fun and invigorating form of gentle aerobic exercise that we like to think of as “Physical and Mental Fitness for Grownups!” Children may also participate, but don’t need it as much as adults because they tend to continue laughing freely until their teenage years.  Kids age 8-12 who are eager to try it out seem to do best with Laughter Yoga. No special flexibility or workout gear required. Just dress comfortably and bring your vocal chords and a willing spirit.
