•  Learn about recent research on Laughter Yoga and research on the benefits of laughter
•  Describe the benefits and contraindications of Laughter Yoga
•  Describe the roles & responsibilities of the Laughter Leader
•  Discuss and demonstrate methods of using laughter yoga alone for stress and mood management
•  Know how to lead groups in Laughter Meditation exercises/Guided Imagery
•  Identify populations who may benefit most from Laughter Yoga/Therapeutic Laughter
•  Describe and demonstrate the different components of a laughter session
•  Effectively teach laughter exercises to different populations (children, seniors, addiction, etc.)
•  Start and run a Community Laughter Club for in your agency/workplace or for the general public
•  Know where to market your services as a laughter leader

Deposit Requirement: If you are not taking advantage of one of the above early registration discounts, a $50 non-refundable deposit must be paid in full at least 14 days before the training to secure your spot. The balance of $235 must be paid prior to the beginning of the event.

Cancellations: You may receive a credit/voucher for a future workshop of the same type and value if you are unable to attend. Replacement participants are welcomed at no additional cost. If we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of the canceled training.

Insurance: Each individual is responsible for his or her own insurance needs (be it accidental and or medical).
